ServiceNEEDZ offers Pay Bills Services exclusively for the residents of Chennai.  This is a unique service model which is not only for facilitation but to keep a track of our customers’ recurring tasks and remind them of the same at least 7 days prior to the due date. This way we are Redefining Service from mere "Facilitation" to "Complete Management".  

 

Tasks and Service Charges

Tasks identified under this model are listed below together with the service charges for each task:

Procedure

To avail comprehensive services under this model, customers need to provide their recurring task details in advance as per the format shown in "Database Form".  Once the task database is available with us, our Service Representative will follow the below mentioned process:

  • Remind the customer of any pending task at least 7 days prior to the due date, through Phone/ SMS/ Email

  • Reach the customer to collect the cash/ cheque along with the respective bills

  • Make the payments at respective bill counters

  • Provide the customer with proper receipt

  • Take acknowledgement from the customer

Reports

ServiceNEEDZ provides the customers with periodical reports (quarterly/ half yearly/ annual) on all the completed tasks which can be used as a master document for all the payments they made and for future reference, if necessary..

With ServiceNEEDZ taking the responsibility of completing all the recurring tasks, customers can just relax and spend their precious time with their loved ones and can concentrate more on their work/business front.

 

Liabilities

ServiceNEEDZ takes the responsibility of completing all the assigned tasks before the due date of the respective tasks. In case of any lapse in completing the tasks within the stipulated time, ServiceNEEDZ takes the liability of paying the penalties imposed by the respective authorities.  However, this provision is not applicable, if the tasks are kept pending due to non-cooperation from the customers.

 

Customers can also avail these services "on call" without submitting any database upfront.
